A promo bundle with posters, flyers, and event signage.
Featured artists receive 2 years of eligibility to apply for the Arts Walk cover artist commission.
Opportunity to be recognized by the Arts Walk Innovation Awards!

Key Details:

Event Dates: April 25-26, 2025 (Friday 6-10 PM, Saturday 12-6 PM). Times may be subject to change.
Registration Deadline: January 31, 2025, by 11:59 PM.
Eligibility: Open to Olympia-based businesses and organizations showcasing original or limited-edition works from artists of all mediums, forms of expression, and skill levels.
Fee: Pay-what-you-choose, starting at $35.

Important: Hosting businesses and organizations must submit one registration form and fee per location, along with their plans to present at least one art activity, performance, event, or exhibit during Spring Arts Walk.

The registration form also includes an option for venues to request staff assistance in connecting with artists or performers. This is ideal for locations that have not yet secured participants or would like to add more talent to enhance their spring showcase.

If you haven't received an Arts Walk Innovation Award within the last three years - AND you're presenting free opportunities for the public to experience art at spring's event - scroll down and opt in to be a contender for awards this spring!

MORE INFO: The Innovation Awards provide Arts Walk the opportunity recognize, honor, and encourage innovation and community engagement through the arts by sharing the stories and intentions behind recognized projects. Up to five recipients are chosen each Arts Walk by City staff and a member of the Arts Commission based on the event information submitted during Arts Walk registration. Awardees are then highlighted in event publications and receive complementary registration for the following Olympia Arts Walk.

EXPERIENCE: Uses an Innovative approach that engages the viewer in an unexpected way.
